Do I need to download an app or pay?
No. Rackbi is free and runs in a compatible web browser. The game still downloads its web assets while loading, just like other interactive websites.
Can two people play on separate devices?
Yes. Create an online room, share its five-digit code and have the other person join. Both players must select Ready before the opening lag.
Does the game work on a phone?
It has touch controls and requires landscape orientation. Performance depends on your browser and device; lower graphics quality in the menu if necessary.
Why did the eight ball lose me the rack?
Outside the special break procedure, pocketing the eight too early, pocketing it with a foul or knocking it off the table loses the rack. Your final group ball must have been cleared on a previous shot.
Are there ELO rankings or voice chat?
Current guest matches are unranked. Rackbi provides text chat; voice chat is not currently available.
Can someone watch without taking a seat?
Yes. A full or started room offers a Watch option in the online lobby. Spectators have their own chat channel and cannot take shots.
Can I share a replay?
After a completed online rack, use the replay link when one is available. Saved replays can expire or be removed to keep storage within its limits, so links are not permanent.
Which languages are available?
The game interface supports English, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese. These web guides are currently available in English and Vietnamese.
